REMOTE SENSING & DATA PORTFOLIO
Remote sensing involves the use of satellite imagery, aircrafts, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) footage to capture information about the earth’s surface. Through data acquisition, processing, analysis, and modelling, we are able to measure, monitor and establish environmental indicators and baselines, and understand ecological patterns, processes and changes, including the impacts of climate change on our environment. This focal area is currently being developed through research collaborations.
